    We look forward to meeting you at Fountain View, Garden apartment at Halfpenny Bridge in Dublin City Center. Very central location right in the city centre and just 5 minutes across the river from Temple Bar, 3 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area, 10 minutes to Trinity College. Apartment facilities are modern and comfortable and its a non-smoking property.

    Theater, music venues and traditional pubs are all conveniently in the vicinity of the apartment.

    Apartment is in a tranquil, Garden Court Yard, location.

    The apartment is modern with carpet floors. We work hard to achieve a really spotless well presented apartment for non-smokers.

    - CHECK-IN TIME ... Apartment is ready for occupation from 12 noon.
    - CHECK -OUT TIME is 10.00am. We often can provide late check-out facilities on request.
    - Apartment is ideal for two but its fine also for three, with one person on a sofa bed. However we will accept 4 if the group includes 2 Adults + 2 young children.
    - Price includes all taxes, free wifi and cable TV.
    - All bed-clothes and towels are included.
    - Electricity consumed is paid by you at the apartment meter.
    - For Christmas, New Year, St Patrick's Day and Easter periods minimum stay is 4 nights

    Apartment is right in the City Centre. Get the bus into O Connell Street and get out just at the River Liffey.

    Then ask for Halfpenny Bridge - its a very famous pedestrian landmark bridge over the River Liffey.

    Once you are at Halfpenny Bridge on the north end look for Liffey Street. Apartment is on the right, 50m from the Bridge.

    Entrance is right beside Halfpenny Bridge - its the big door beside the Barbers Shop.

good location and helpful service from owner. Clean flat, small but compact. Would benefit from hook on back of bathroom door and new mattress on bed. Overall though very homely and good service. Some info for visitors about Dublin could also improve experience. more

We stayed at the garden apartment at halfpenny bridge with our son for his graduation gift from college.It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to see in Dublin. Liam and Willy were a pleasure to work with. It was a great starting point to our trip to Ireland. more

Liam was delightful and met us at Lotts Bar on arrival showed us around and pointed out key things to do in our stay, You are so close to everything it made our trip to Dublin very special. I would definitely recommend this as an ideal place to stay to see Dublin. more
