This is a high-quality property that has been stylishly decorated and well equipped to sleep up to six guests. There are numerous activities and amenities close by, making this a wonderful place to spend a quiet week with family or friends.

Region: County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, Kerry features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas, with plenty of opportunities for sailing, fishing and boating tours. Inland, Kerry continues to delight, with breathtaking mountains, lovely lakes and valleys offering wonderful walking and cycling.

Town: Located to the north of Shannon river, the village of Kilflynn is an excellent base from which to explore Kerry. Local attractions include the fascinating Bog Village and the old railway station in Abbeydorney. The popular seaside village of Ballybunion is within easy driving distance and boasts two sandy beaches separated by the ruins of an impressive castle. The town of Tralee is also close and is famous for its wealth of tourist attractions and lively social scene. It also offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars whilst Dingle – another local settlement – is home to clean beaches and water sports facilities. Killarney National Park and the scenic Ring of Kerry are within easy reach, providing great walking opportunities for ramblers.

Rate Info: All bookings are subject to an additional £34.00 booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
