My sister and I opted to stay here for our first ever visit to Ireland & stayed 6 nights. There are some serious pluses to this place which far outweigh the minor drawbacks.
First off, the owner was very helpful and responsive in our email correspondence prior to our visit and was a delight in person. We were warmly greeted by the owner and shown around with information on working the cooker and washing machine, etc.
There is a large bed, full bathroom (with lovely long bath tub) & small well-equipped kitchen. There is a patio-style table with 2 chairs which serves as an eating area, 2 other small chairs for sitting and reading or watching the television. We had access to the little garden but this is situated well beyond the house and not directly outside the back door which was a little disappointing but hardly traumatic.
