We stayed at Green Cottage in October. The cottage is incredibly well equipped with everything you would need to make a home from home. The owners had provided milk and a very tasty home-made cake as a welcome. Very much appreciated. Body wash, shampoo and soap were also provided and we have found this not to be the case with other cottages we have stayed in.
The garden is very well maintained with not a weed in sight. Although it was a bit late in the season for sitting outside, there is a table and chairs and garden bench for eating al fresco.
Beds are very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The cottage is situated in Broad Campden, a couple of miles from Chipping Campden. The village is really picturesque with thatched cottages and impeccably manicured gardens. It makes an ideal spot from which to tour the Cotswolds.
There are quite steep stairs without gates so those with very young children or mobility issues may want to factor this...
