We stayed at La Jolie Mason for one week from 10th - 17th August and had beautiful weather all the time we were there. We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children (one just 5 months old) and we all were able to fit very comfortably into the house and it still felt spacious. As previous reviewers have written, the kitchen is perfectly stocked and we didn't want for anything. It is obvious this is a well loved house by its owners. There was no wi-fi, bit of a shame for the kids but at least they spent time outside interacting with everyone instead of being on laptops/ipods. There was a TV and DVD player for them for when they wanted to be inside so they were always entertained.
We didn't venture out very much in the evenings as enjoyed being by the pool and cooking on the BBQ, but we had lovely food in Bergerac in the Riverside Restaurant one of the nights.
