[26 hectares] This restored house is an ancient Commandery of Knights Templars which is listed in several of today's architectural books. The entrance of the villa leads through a courtyard that has a bread/pizza oven as well has a fountain and solarium. The courtyard also features a summer sitting room with chairs and a summer dining room with a table and chairs. There is a private swimming pool [12m x 6m] that has a gate entrance. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: There is a living room with couches, a dining room with a table and chairs and a fireplace, and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top and dishwasher. There is also a separate WC.
First floor: There are two staircases that lead up to the villa's bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed [which is comfortable for one and cozy for two] and a door that leads to the second and third bedrooms, which each have one 90 cm single bed. Please be aware that these bedrooms are interconnected and in order to get to them, you must pass through the first bedroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The fourth bedroom has a 140 cm double bed [which is comfortable for one and cozy for two] and the fifth bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. The sixth and seventh bedrooms are interconnected and each has two 90 cm single beds. Please be aware that in order to get to the seventh bedroom, you have to pass through the sixth bedroom. There is a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

The property is located two kilometers from the village of St Julien le Montagnier where there are a few shops and restaurants many surrounded by buildings that date back to the Middle Ages. St Julien le Montagnier organizes many different events and expositions throughout the year. Although this changes annually, past events have included art shows and group pictures so be sure to check the local Office de Tourisme for an up-to-date calendar! For a nice day trip, make sure to visit Aix-en-Provence where in addition to fine restaurants, cafes, and bistros, there are antique fairs, movie theaters, museums, and space as well as two music festivals each year: Aix en Musique, which is held mid June to the beginning of July and celebrates rock, jazz, and new music, whereas the Festival International d'Art Lyrique is held in July and showcases different opera and classical music performances. Marseille, which is situated along the coastline, is also an excellent place for a day trip.
