    Fantastic Reviews & Great Location : If you are looking for a quiet holiday in this beautiful part of the Riviera , then look no further. The apartment is in a small 'Italianate design' development of 6 apartments only and has been totally renovated with all the modern amenities you will need to make your stay here a truly memorable one.
    The apartment is bright and sleeps 2 people comfortably . Breakfast / dinner can be taken either on the sunny terrace or at the breakfast bar in the kitchen area which is well equipped ( cooker , hob, microwave ,dishwasher , fridge , washing machine ,and sink ) for making those freshly prepared meals, accompanied of course by a glass of rosé in the evenings !

    The apartment is a ground floor location and benefits from Internet Access ( Wi-Fi) with satellite TV to enable you to watch English channels at your leisure or to keep up with International News while you are away.

    Books are also provided for you to while away a relaxing day on the beach along with beach mats to make your day more comfortable ! During the summer months, the beach benefits from a lovely restaurant with sunbeds if these are preferred.

    25% of the rental sum is payable with the booking and the final balance 2 months before arrival
    There is a refundable Security Deposit of €200 Euros required with the final balance payment . This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure , subject to satisfactory property inspection.
    Please note that there is an additional charge of €50 Euros to cover the end of stay cleaning payable in addition to the final balance.
    Should you have a car and wish to rent a secure garage ( within the same building) - our neighbour has one to rent at a cost of 50 euros per week

    Our office hours are 9am to 6pm.We will endeavour to meet you on arrival and check-out on departure. However in some circumstances this may not be possible in which case we will agree something different.We may charge an additional fee of €20 Euros for arrivals or departures outside office hours .

    Airport: Nice International Airport: 15.0 km
    Railway: Beaulieu Sur Mer: 0.5 km
    Ferry: Nice Port: 7.0 km
    Low Budget airlines such as Easyjet and Jet2.Com are available from the UK and Ireland arriving at Nice International Airport . British Airways also runs a daily scheduled service to the Cote D'Azur.
    Airport buses run every 20 minutes from the airport ( the number 98 just outside the terminal) at a cost of 4 euros each ( daily rate) - it takes approximately 25 mins to the centre of Nice depending upon traffic. You can then take either the 100 bus or the 81 bus ( across the street and to the left) to Beaulieu Sur Mer.

    Alternatively you can take the number 99 bus outside the airport terminal to the Train Station in Nice ( La Gare) and then take the train towards Monaco, getting off in Beaulieu Sur Mer.

    Taxis are available at the airport where the fare should be around 50 / 60 eu...

We had a great week staying at Les Palmiers, the apartment has everything you need and very comfortable . Had breakfast in the sunshine on the patio looking at the lemon trees. Bakery, bars, restaurants and supermarket all within a short walk. more

Just a short walk from the station and our arrival was easy. We were delighted with the fresh milk and tea bags and felt instantly at home. This is probably the best apartment we have stayed in - light and airy with patio doors opening onto a private terrace.
