Notre dame,at a few meters from the apartment, a large choice of restaurants (french, chinese, lebanon, italian, jewish..) with outdoor terraces, all kind of genuine shops from Nice, at only 300 meters from the main Nice avenue :Jean Medecin and tramway station, 800 meters from the old town, Place Massena and train station.
Walking distance from famous painters museums: Matisse, Chagall...Narrow and typical streets of the old town with its "Palais" and old churches, also from Promenade des Anglais and beaches and its seven kilometers walk along the sea and the city, from old town up to the airport.
Something very new and pleasant: possibility to rent bike very easily almost everywhere in Nice, as in Paris with "Velib", about 50 spots have been fitted out in the centre and Promenade des Anglais.
