    This modern alpine apartment with South facing balcony, sleeps 2-4 people (50 m2 – floor space).

    We can also accommodate larger groups of 8 - 10 people between this apartment and the garden apartment in the same development which is perfect if you want to ensure you are in the same area of Chamonix.

    This apartment has one double bedroom & one twin room (bunk beds). The open plan living/dining room has French doors opening onto the large South facing balcony from where there are magnificent views of Mont Blanc, the Glacier de Bossons and the Aiguilles around it. The ski bus stops right outside.

    Rates include one full set of bed linen & towels, electricity, meet & greet at the accommodation on arrival, local tourist tax and tourist guest cards giving you free transport on local buses and trains as well as other local discounts.
    We require 30% deposit to secure the booking, with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
    In addition as security for damages we hold credit card details on file or a post dated cheque which we do not cash and is returned to you once the accommodation has been checked after your departure.

Our group of three self-catering adults enjoyed the well- equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. The apartment was quiet, warm and cosy, and books, games and DVD player were all welcome. There are food shops in both directions about 15 min walk away.
We decided not to get a car and found this fine. The apartment is very close to bus stops going up and down the valley - with timetables and in no particular hurry we found it easy to rely on buses to get around the various ski areas and into Chamonix.
The nearby hotel (Le Vert) has a bar and restaurant, but we preferred places nearer to Chamonix Sud- a 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride. The train station is only 10 min walk away too.
Underground parking looks great if you are driving. An very comfortable place to stay - I think you'd want a car if you had children with you or if walking/taking buses doesn't suit you.
