    This dupplex penthouse is in wonderful position....situated on the Golden Mile in Marbella. The Golden Mile is the long boulevard that links Puerto Banus and Marbella Center...there are lots of nice shops, international resstaurants such as MC cafe, Sukothai...and James Hewitts Polo House. There is a Supersol supermarket just outside the complex and a Lidl just across the street...ideal for essentials such as water, ice lollies and snacks for the kids.

    The complex is just opposite the beach...you walk out of the gates,walk over the Zebra crossing and down the beach path and find yoursefl right on the Marbella beachfront promenade...you will find lots of nice beach bars, cafes and chiringuitos that sell great set menus and fresh seafood. There are nice sunbathing areas with sandy beaches...

    Head down the N340 in the direction of Marbella...turn around at Puerto Banus and head up the Golden Mile for about 2km...just before the copper tower you will see Edificio Milla De Oro...we are just behind.

    We can arrange airport transfers for up to 8 guests by minibus. More convenient than taxi and much cheaper. Call 0034 600343037 to book

We stayed in the apartment in May for my hen do, there were 9 girls. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room for us all and with a Super Sol supermarket 2 mins away and the beach 5 mins away, it was perfect for us. Martin the manager was fantastic picking us up from the airport and dropping us off and he did an amazing welcome pack with everything we needed in there, including wine, beer, bread, milk, cheese, meat...
The only downside is that you couldn't really walk to Marbella or Peurto banus as it was slap in the middle but taxi's were cheap and plentiful.
Apartment was great for a hen do or would be perfect for a family too.

This was a great apartment for my family of 6 adults & 2 young children. It included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, especially the balcony & roof terrace. It is in an ideal location for the beach & all the amenities of central Marbella and there is a supermarket within 100yards. The booking arrangements with Martin Brown were simple & his service was much appreciated. We all enjoyed our stay & it was a perfect holiday. more
