    The remodelling of the upstairs (bathroom, bedroom and terrace) and the downstairs (new kitchen and retiling of the whole lower floor) have all been carried out recently. Photos have been updated on this site. The kitchen remodelling was planned and supervised by us personally and the works have been carried out to a high standard.

    If you are familiar with Parque Santiago III, then you will not need reminding that Lanzarote block is the best location on the complex. Our one bedroom duplex is available for letting to selected couples who will appreciate the location and make the most of the two balconies with superb views. Facing NW, the sun is on the balconies in the afternoon until the evening.

    Being a one bedroom duplex apartment, this allows the resident couple to have a little more versatility with the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor having it's own balcony. The ground floor houses the kitchen and dining room / sitting area, again with its own balcony.

The apartment was lovely, modern kithen,bathroom,sun all day on the balconey,s loved watching all the soaps on telly, english, perfect situation,everything you need is around you, it was the perfect holiday for us. more

Location and apartment were 1st class, with upper and lower terraces retiled, good sunbeds and terrace furniture.
Facilities were also excellent which included a refitted and retiled shower room.
Kitchen although on the small side was very adequate and owner will be refitting soon. A big plus was the freestanding freezer under the stairs, this enabled us to keep plenty of ice and really chill the beers etc very quickly.
All in all we had a really good time, weather was perfect , plenty of room around the pool and very close to the beach and supermarket (although not cheap). Local bar prices vary, but you can find reasonably priced meals and drinks.
Would reccomend to freinds and family as a really good place to stay.
