Ground Floor: This large, tastefully furnished villa opens into a 40 m2 living/dining room with an open fireplace, satellite TV [Spanish and international channels], and access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. One bedroom on the ground floor has a 140 cm standard double bed and a bathroom with a tub, bidet, and WC. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and WC.
Lower Ground Floor: Here you will find another living room with a TV. There are four bedrooms on this floor. The first has a 140 cm standard double bed and a bathroom with a tub, bidet, and WC. The second, third, and fourth rooms each have two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC.
First Floor: Upstairs there are another four bedrooms. The first room has two single beds and access to the terrace. The second room has a 140 cm standard double bed and access to the terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds and access to the balcony. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, access to the balcony, and a bathroom with a tub, bidet, and WC.

This villa is located a short drive from the center of Calpe, easily distinguished along the coast because of the huge "Penon de Ifach," a rock that dominates the landscape. In the area you can explore ancient archaeology or just enjoy the kilometers of sandy beach. Nearby Moraira is another small coastal town with plenty of charm. Once a small fishing village, it has grown into a resort area without losing its character. There is a marina and a variety of shops along the water, and both the old town and weekly markets are great for experiencing that authentic Spanish atmosphere. Two wonderful beaches, complimented by a medieval fortress, offer many opportunities for water sports and other leisure activities. In the surrounding countryside, there are also many villages to explore. If you're interested in the Spanish nightlife, try Benidorm, which also has a selection of interesting theme parks such as Terra Mitica and Aqualandia. Alicante, within driving distance, is the most important city of the Costa Blanca. Here you will find big shopping malls, a lovely old city center, a thriving night life, a 700-year-old castle, a sandy beach, and a huge yacht harbor where you can rent everything from a small boat to a 20m yacht. There are also lots of opportunities for outdoor activities throughout the area, including hiking and off-road areas in the outback of El Campello [off-road biking is very popular in the area].
