Studio: This 40 m2 separate studio has a bedroom with a 140 cm standard double bed and a shower with a separate WC.

This villa enjoys a fantastic location on the Giens peninsula, the most southern tip of the Cote d'Azur, 13 km from the center of Hyeres. The Giens peninsula is a tiny strip of land that extends into the sea from Hyens, lined with campsites, shops, restaurants, and attractions such as the Magic World amusement park. The setting, however, is surrounded by salt marshes and umbrella pines. Inland at Hyeres, you'll find it a combination of the typical Cote d'Azur seaside resort and an interesting old town. In the old town you'll find the Place Massillon, a large open square, with a 12th century tower and many good restaurants. A daily market is held here, and tiny side-streets are filled with shops. You could wander the little back streets for hours. Another good spot to visit in Hyeres is St Bernard Park, filled with lush Mediterranean plants and wildflowers. From here you can also enjoy a great view of the coast. Along the Cote d'Azur you can also explore other great towns like St. Tropez, Marseille, and Nice.
