    Arrival day: usually Friday or Saturday; depending on period and availability we may offer some flexibility. Taxes, gas and electricity are included. Extra charge for less than 1 week rentals: Euro 40,00. Rates are subject to change. Minimum rental period could change throughout the year. Please contact us for updated info. A cautionary refundable cash deposit is asked on arrival.
    We provide all the linen (for the bed and bathroom) and the furniture for living (pots, pans, forks and knives, glasses...etc.); all the other consumables are self catering.
    As a normal international rule and as per General Rental Conditions, we kindly ask to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, without any garbage, opened food rests, or dirty pans/dishes.

    You may fly to Florence. From Florence Airport (if you do not want to take a taxi): Volainubus airport shuttle connect Amerigo Vespucci airport with Florence town centre. Tickets are available on board. You may leave the bus at Florence Train Station Santa Maria Novella.

    As an alternative, you may also fly to Pisa airport, which is larger and offers cheaper flights. From Pisa Airport you may get a train--there is one every 30 minutes circa--to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (Firenze SMN) which is the central station of Florence Santa Maria Novella.

The flat is compact and quirky, fitted under the roof of the palazzo but the terrace is its crowning glory. We ate every meal up there and what a view. It was a great 6 days and we would thoroughly recommend the experience. The bed/ living/kitchen area is small and can be quite noisy at night with the sounds of Firenze citizens rising from the streets below, and some unfortunate concerts held in a temporary restaurant in the square below, but we would not have changed a thing. It is in a perfect location, we shopped in the local market every morning and shopped in all the local shops. Such lovely fresh produce - fruit that tasted like real fruit!! There are some great local eating places. Stepping out into the streets of the old city was always exciting, but it was also such a relief to leave behind the hordes of tourists that invade Florence and return to our busy but less touristy area.
