This property is located in a very panoramic position among olive groves, in the hills between Lucca and the Versilia coast. The house belongs to the same owners as Damiano (SAL DMO), one of our most popular houses, so we are confident of the high standard this house will have. Careful restoration work has taken place in the last two years from what were previously an olive mill and a barn. The two buildings are now connected by a big entrance hall and terrace. The result is an impressive stone-built building. Attention has been given to using only traditional materials such as hand-made terrac cotta floors and beamed ceilings. At the same time, the house has been equipped with all the modern facilities, and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. A particular feature of this property is that two families or groups of adults can share it, while having private space and be totally independent of each other.

A chef, heating and telephone available for an additional charge. There is deposit upon check-in of €250 for the telephone. Extra maid service is €13 per hour. All of these 'a la carte" services are paid locally with Euros and subject to change.
