The photo's of this villa do not do the villa justice, it is much nicer than the impression I got from the photo's. We stayed in the villa with my three children age 20, 17 and 12, myself and my husband and two sets of Grandparents. It was spacious well equiped and clean. The pool was a little cold but it was October! There is plenty of seating inside and out. It has a lovely sweeping staircase which gives a great first impresion when you arrive.
My only criticism would be it's a little out of town. It's OK to walk if you are fit and able but I would recommend a car if you have any difficulty in walking. Aldi is just at the end of the street but there are better supermarkets a short distance away, Pingo Dolce is a more portugese supermarket with a fish counter and a better selection of essentials. This is essentil when one party member is a coeliac, There is gluten free foods available in the comarade ( I think that is the name of the supermarket) and Pingo supermarkets... more
