Description:
Quinta O Bom Ambiente is a former distillery, built in granite. The Quinta consists of the accommodation of the owners, and 2 apartments for 2 persons (each 30 m2) which can be rented separately or together. The apartments are located on the ground floor. Apartment 1 (garden-site)has a living room with a small kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and with direct access to the garden and small terrace. The second apartment has the same layout with a small but private terrace and access to the garden. In this large communal garden you will find a lovely swimming pool with separate sanitary facilities.
The Quinta is located on a sloping ground with terrace formation, with one terrace being an olive grove. The view on the Serra da Estrela is beautiful and wide.
The village Vale de Igreja is located at ca. 10 km from Seia. Other interesting places and attractions in the region are Linhares, Coimbra, Viseu and Guarda for example.

ATTENTION: The last 100m run over a narrow street which requires some dexterity the first time, but definitely contributes to your holiday experience.
