This house right outside the town of Vieiro do Minho in Portugal will be fun for a family with kids! Rustic and homey, this vacation rental has a landscaped garden and a shared swimming pool so time not taking day trips around Portugal won't be spent twiddling your thumbs inside. Visit churches with incredibly detailed architecture, indulge in a food you've never tried, and even attend a festival dedicated entirely to children all while living like a local in Portugal.

[300m2] The house has a private garden furnished with a table and chairs and a landscaped lawn. There is a shared swimming pool [12m x 6m] between three other properties as well as a bathroom. Parking is available within the grounds.

[120m2] Ground floor: There is a combined living and dining room with a sofa bed [suitable for one], sitting chairs, fireplace, satellite TV, and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with four hotplates, an oven, and a microwave. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, access to a terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and tub with a handheld shower. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds, access to a terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and tub with a handheld shower.

Located a kilometer and a half from Vieira do Minho, the house is near shops, restaurants, and markets as well as unique artisan workshops. For cultural activities, make sure to visit the Municipal Auditorium where there are exhibitions, concerts, movies and more. During the summer between July and August, the people of Vieira do Minho organize "Verao em Movimento" [Summer in Motion] for children's recreational activities. The "Portuguese Rome" city of Braga is located 30 kilometers away and it gets this nickname for its abundance of religious architecture. The center of Braga is great for pedestrians where there is a wide range of beautiful churches, gardens [such as the Italian Renaissance Garden], and cathedrals.
