We booked a 2 day stay here via the internet, sight unseen.
We arrived late due to driving from Heraklion, but our arrival was smooth (the owner/manager came by the next morning to make sure we gad all we needed).
The room suited us perfectly (travelling as a couple, plus another friend) and there wad enough in the kitchen for yes to gave some drinks and breakfast in the morning. The property has a pool, but the weather wasn't quite warm enough yet, but the local villages had everything we needed (mini markets, cafés, laundry service, etc).
You probably will need a car if you are going to stay there, as it is 10-15 mins drive into Chania town. However, if you do have a car, then you are in for a treat, as you can drive up the coast and see sights such as: the nearby Kalathas beach, the small, but charming Stavros village and the gorgeous Agia Triada Monastery, which are just a few Kilometres north. more
