Beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the sea, the villa offers amazing views of not only the sea, but of Ithaca, Cephalonia, and a number of smaller islands. There is a terrace furnished with chairs on the first floor and the ground floor has a veranda with a table and chairs as well as a private swimming pool [4m x 10m] surrounded by a sun deck with loungers. There is also a barbecue, umbrellas, and additional deck chairs around the veranda. Also situated on the same estate are three additional villas although they are completely with their private garden and swimming pool. Parking is available in front of the villa.

First floor: There is a living room with a sofa bed [suitable for one], satellite TV, a DVD player, and access to the patio. The combined dining room and kitchen has a table and chairs and is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a 170 cm queen-sized bed, satellite TV, DVD player, access to the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub.
Ground floor: A wooden staircase leads down to the ground floor where there is a sitting room with a sofa bed [suitable for one], an armchair bed [suitable for one], a mini kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee maker, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 170 cm queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two 100 cm single beds [which can be connected upon prior request]. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub.

Located on the southern part of the island of Lefkada, the villa is two kilometers from the nearest restaurant and six kilometers from the nearest village, which is Vassiliki. This resort village is popular among surfers and sailors as well as for its windsurfing club right on the beach. Behind the pebble beach there are shops, markets, banks, tavernas, and a church, as well as a public bus stop. There is also a ferry port that makes trips to the nearby islands of Ithaca and Cephalonia. Lefkada, the capital and main town of the island, is 40 kilometers from the villa and here is where you'll find a wide range of activities and things to do. Renowned for its natural beauty since medieval times, Lefkada's beaches have crystal clear waters and soft, white sand. In August, the people celebrate the International Folklore Festival but the town is lively year round with a fine selection of restaurants, shops, and tavernas at such places as Agios Spyridon Square. There are also ancient basilicas and a Venetian fortress around the town that qualify as interesting sites to see during your visit.
