    This apartment is located in one of the most popular areas in Malta. Located in a quiet residential area, yet close to the promenade, this apartment is a few meters away from the sea. It is also close to Paceville where you can enjoy the night life among the young and those young at heart or maybe you prefer walking along the Sliema promenade enjoying an ice cream, a cappuccino, or a glass of wine in one of the many restaurants and cafeterias along the way.

    The bus stop is just down the road and the ferry boats are only about 15 minutes walk away. The Paceville area boasts a number of night clubs, cinemas and shopping malls. For those having young children, the Sliema promenade has a number of gardens and playgrounds were the children can spend some time playing.

    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
    Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.

    A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on booking and will be eventually refunded either by bank transfer or paypal after a maximum of 15 days from the check out date.

    Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer to a bank account or by Pay-Pal.

    The apartment includes basic water and electricity supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 euros per unit (1kwh).

    Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

    Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
