    Probably one of the largest luxurious apartments of 300sqm in a prime location just off Limassol Seafront, across sandy beaches. This newly built private complex is directly opposite the beach, and a stones throw from excellent restaurants, bars and shops. There is a large communal swimming pool within the complex. The incredibly spacious open plan living area leads to of a large balcony with a comfortable couched sitting area and separate outdoor dining area. The apartment boasts three large double bedrooms, the master bedroom comprising of an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate family bathroom and a separate guests toilet. Each room is fully air-conditioned.

The apartment was clean, spacious and secure. The location was ideal for us as it was just off the high way but also on the start of the beach road which takes you right along the front of the shops, etc.. 10 min drive to old town. Great bakers 24 hours round the corner, a shop and two restaurants. Pool was nice but too cold for us in October, kids braved it once for a quick dip. We didn't cook in the apartment as we were out visiting family every night but it appeared well equipped. Apartment easy to find. The image of the decking and beach is a little misleading. The beach is not part of the complex but is a 5/10 min walk along beach road. Beach not very big and food very expensive. Only negative which was out of owners hands was that the supermarket at the back of the apartment was under refurbishment so we were woken every morning at 7am with very loud drilling, heavy machinery which meant no rest and unable to enjoy nice veranda.
