My Mother and I have just returned from 2 weeks at Waterside House. This is the most stunning house we have ever stayed in. Everything from the furnishings to the views!! Pure luxury.
Five minutes walk to the crumbles shopping mall and five mins to the restaurants and bars. So many lovely outside spaces to sit and enjoy the views, and the swans visited daily to say hello!!
Relax in the lounge and have a lovely big balcony which overlooks the marina. Cannot say enough about this property, as it was so perfect. Even though we stayed in December, we had lovely sunny weather.
We are definately returning next year!!

What a delight - when you open the front door and what you see is what you have already been shown in the photos and description when first booking this property. The property was light, airy, spacious and wonderfully clean! It's position on the Marina at Eastbourne and the fact that is has at least four different seating areas, three of which overlook the Marina and one of which actually goes down to the water's edge is more than a bonus. With all the boats coming and going it is a pleasure to sit and watch all the activities but it is still also wonderfully quiet and relaxing, but still only a five minute or less walk away you have the added attractions at "the Waterfront" with all the restaurants and eating places to hand and next to that the cinema and shopping complex. If you don't want to go far during your stay you don't need to!
