    Holiday Rental House –
    3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6
Driftwood has been attractively enlarged and refurbished, with the incorporation of reclaimed oak beams from the former sea defences. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beach (shingle, but sandy at low tide) and the views of the English Channel, either from the decking or from an armchair indoors, armed with a suitable beverage and a good read. More active pursuits available locally include not only swimming, country or coastal walks - don't miss Beachy Head - but also watersports, sailing and golf. There are numerous options for days out visiting local castles, houses and gardens.

Sussex is foodie heaven, with excellent local farm shops and PYOs, and you can buy a superb range of locally caught fish from shops on the beach at Eastbourne and Hastings to bring back and cook in...

Driftwood is an unusual property which is very comfortable and relaxing and you immediately feel in holiday mode as soon as you arrive. There are lots of great walks on the beach and Pevensey Castle was a nice place to visit and there are plenty of interesting places and pubs to visit nearby. more

We stayed here for Christmas and had a wonderful time. Driftwood provided plenty of space for our family and was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a warm and friendly welcome from Simon on our arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - even in the stormy weather. more
