For me ,the location was ideal. You are at the foot of the Gt orme(if you want to tackle a walk to the summit),if you don,t you are more or less next door to the tram station. If you like excellent pub grub and real ale,you are next door the the Kings arms(you cannot hear anything from the pub or the beer garden if you are not).If you like fish and chips etc. you are a stones throw from the tram fish and chip shop(no noise or smell). If you prefer a walk to the west shore etc, you can take the scenic invalids walk across the orme. The cottage is ideally located for trips to town and the promenade(obviously its location at the foot of the orme requires a moderate climb-older people take note-and because of the incline it is reached via a number of steps down from the car parking bay-again not suitable for the more infirm older person(s).The only, very minor, inconvenience was the fact that the cottage info.(on various sites),stated that there was a washing machine,we were unable to find... more

A clean and comfortable well situated apartment with a lovely little outside space which was a sun trap. The car space was a bonus, however someone with a large car would struggle to fit in or would be unable to take advantage. The oldest pub in Llandudno next door was super enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch and the old ales. Would recommend St. Georges's Hotel for lunch with a sea view, food and service was excellent. more
