    Cots, Highchairs are available on request. A charge of £15 +VAT per cot per week or part thereof applies. The cot will be provided with cot linen and extra towels. A charge of £5 per highchair per week or part thereof applies.

    Z-beds can be provided (where space permits) and a charge of £25 +VAT per z-bed per week or part thereof applies.

    Please note a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balancing payment is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.

This is a fantastic apartment, right in the middle of Poole Old Town. Very clean throughout, and everything that you might need is on hand. The balcony has dual aspects, the main view is over the town and has excellent views also of the Twin Sails Bridge (which looks fantastic when raised at night!). Around the corner and the view is over Poole Quay and Poole Harbour.
The apartment is handily sited for a five minute walk to the Quay, and many excellent eating places are just a few yards from the main entrance. On site private parking space means not having to hunt for or pay parking in town.
Only downside that we found was that you needed to have the window shut for a sound nights sleep!
Seagulls, Condor Ferries and Stag/ Hen nights at the weekends are the 'kiss of death' to a decent nights sleep...
