    Welcome pack includes: Fair Trade (wherever possible) tea, coffee, sugar (brown and white), milk, hot chocolate, biscuits, bottle of white wine.
    Toiletries pack includes (per person) shower gel (2), shampoo (2), soap. All individually wrapped.
    We have tried to think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible - all beds are back support mattresses. Picnic blanket, cold box, sewing kit, etc. are here for your use during your stay.

Stayed at this property for 5 nights at the end of December with family members including 2 very young children and we all had a good time in spite of the terrible weather. Plenty of room for 4 adults and the children in 3 double bedrooms (1 of which was en suite and huge), 1 family bathroom plus downstairs cloakroom.... more

This house contains everything you could possible need/want for your stay, plus a lot more! There is even a small outside area (which I'm told by a couple staying a few doors down that we were lucky to have, as they had nothing). Superb property in excellent location and very well furnished. Walking distance to Poole Quay and all local shops and other amenities. Extensive welcome pack which was nice touch - homemade bread and cake were delicious! more
