Sandpiper is a modern detached holiday bungalow in Paignton Devon and is set in a large level garden in a residential area of the popular Preston area with local shops a short walk away. The accommodation is bright and spacious and offers one double and one twin bedroom with an additional single futon making it ideal for families or couples travelling together. There are double doors opening from the lounge to a furnished decked area and on to the large level rear garden ideal for relaxing or al fresco dining. The sandy beaches at Preston and Paignton and the main shopping centre are all close by and can be reached by a short drive or bus ride as are the neighbouring Torbay towns of Torquay and Brixham with all their visitor attractions. The bungalow now has free Wi~fi included.

We highly recommend the sandpiper to anyone thinking of booking , Fabulous stay again and as always it was great value , The property is ideally located with close links to Torquay and Brixham plus just down the hill is everything you could want in Paignton , There is a nice back garden which is private and secure with decking... more

We booked the bungalow for two weeks because it was advertised as 'recently refurbished', but were very upset to find it, in our opinion, both tired and grubby (see photos, taken at beginning of stay). On arrival, there appeared to be thick dust over many surfaces, numerous balls of hair and fluff on the floor (from a previous guest's dog?),...

On the positive - I liked the bungalow. The layout suited us as sitting room not next to kids bedroom. Nice garden, well kept. Plenty of storage space. On the negative - from our point of view we would have preferred to be more central. Couldn't walk anywhere. The road was busy and had to be careful of the dogs... more
