In 2013 we took a week’s stay at another apartment in this building and enjoyed it greatly. Unfortunately, that apartment was not available this year so we had to locate somewhere else. We thought we were lucky enough to find another apartment in the same building, albeit more money, so we booked another week.

Upon arrival things were looking good, the apartment was clean and spacious. The walls appear in good order, plenty of power sockets, lots and lots of lights (under unit in the kitchen, spot/recess lights in all of the rooms, 3 lamps in the living room, each bedside cabinet has a light and a reading light). The floor in the living area and hallway are wooden laminate which makes the apartment echoy however it is presentable. Carpets in the bedrooms are OK, and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. However it wasn’t until a closer inspection occurred did the true state of the apartment get discovered.
