The accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms [ 1 double bed, 2 single, 3 single beds], a bathroom with separate shower, kitchen, lounge and conservatory that leads out to the garden with spectacular views of Ventnor Downs,the town and sea.Excellent garden with great views and space to BBQ , sunbath and relax. The garen is very safe and perfect for children and pets.

    Whether you want a beach, walking, relaxing or an exploring holiday; 'The Perch' is a perfect place to base yourself for your activities. Whether dining in or out, you are well catered for as all the amenities are only a 5 minute walk away and first class eateries are within close proximity.

We enjoyed our stay at the Perch - its a well equipped and well furnished 3 floored semi detached house and is situated in the SE area of the IOW a location with its hills and valleys / sandy beaches / smugglers pubs / friendly locals and a rich diversity of shops. The Perch provided myself, husband small child and mother in law with a comfortable and homely stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms airy. The kitchen provided everything we needed and the garden although small had fantastic views which made us almost feel we were abroad. Fantastic house in a great location. Had a great time, walking the coastal path, bit of fishing in the evening, eating great food in the spyglass inn and a lovely pint in the volunteer pub just round the corner. The villages and towns on the isle of wight are all within easy reach either by car, a very regular bus... more
