    To confirm, the accommodation offers one double bed & 'junior' bunk beds (bunk bed mattresses measure 5ft 8ins x 2ft 5ins) kitted out to a 'Dinosaur theme'. This sleeps a total of four. In addition, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge area. The chalet could therefore potentially sleep 4 adults & 2 children. NB There is a small extra £5.00 charge for sofa bed linen if required.

    Short Breaks maybe available but not during the 'high season'.

    Short breaks are calculated at 60%, 70%, 80% & 90% of weekly rentals for 3, 4, 5 & 6 night stays respectively.

    PLEASE NOTE - From 8th March to 5th April 2014 & from 4 October to 20 December 2014 (excluding October Half Herm) the rentals for a 3 night & 4 night short break will be £138.00 & 165.00 respectively.

    In order for your booking to be confirmed, we will require a 25% deposit together with a £25.00 booking fee (non returnable). A £100.00 (returnable) damage deposit will also be required which will be added to the total amount owing. The balance of all monies owed is required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Should you be booking your holiday within 8 weeks of your holiday commencing, then all monies will be required when booking. No.6 Riviera Park at Yaverland is a fantastic chalet base for your Isle of Wight holiday. About a 15 minute lazy stroll along the beautiful coast line brings you to Sandown beach where the sand is gorgeous and the sea quite warm and safe for children.
The chalet park itself has few facilities but that suited us perfectly as it was extremely quiet - no noisy club house to disturb our evenings.
The chalet was spacious with a bedroom each for my two sons (one slept on the living room futon bed) so no arguing over what time was bed time etc.
Provided inteh chalet was absolutely everything you could think of for your holdiay - The essential kitchen stuff was all there including microwave, toaster, plenty of plates/cups/bowls etc. There was washing up liquid available on arrival and dish cloths & toilet rolls - we've never had this in self catering accomodation before. Although the chalet is on a site with no facilities, it is close to a lovely beach and near enough to Sandown that it doesn't matter. The chalet has been equipped with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and more. It is ideally suited for a couple with two children, although it can sleep six it would be a bit of a squeeze. more
