    The Hollies is a traditional mid-terrace house located in a quiet residential road between Ventnor and Bonchurch. Just a few minutes' walk away in the centre of Ventnor with its seafront and beaches.

    Internally, the four bedroom spacious home has been finished to a high standard throughout. The open plan kitchen and dining area is the perfect place to hold family dinners and benefits from direct access to the garden through large patio doors. Externally, there is a spacious enclosed lawned garden with a patio furnished with a table and seating for eight.

    All prices are in £ per week. Stays must be of 7 night duration in July and August. Short breaks (minimum of three nights) are available outside of July and August, prices on application. All prices include towels (unless otherwise stated on the web), bed linen, gas and electricity. Credit card payments will incur a 1.95% service charge. Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week.

We were so pleased that we chose to stay at The Hollies during our first family holiday to the Isle of Wight. The property is stunning throughout; beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and very well equipped. Having a private garden was also a lovely added bonus, particularly for the children. The location of The Hollies is ideal too – just a stone’s throw from Ventnor’s beautiful beach and quaint town, yet set in lovely, peaceful surroundings. It provided us with the perfect base for exploring the local area and the whole of the island. We would definitely stay here again! more
