    Greenways is a fabulous well equipped holiday cottage situated within the heart of Banchory, a historic town in Royal Deeside. The views from the property are to the south across the hills of the lower Grampians such as Scolty and Monearn.
    The cottage has four bedrooms: one ground floor master room with king size bed and one downstairs twin/super king bedroom, and two doubles with family bathroom upstairs. This allows up to 8 people to be accommodated in comfort.

    There is a superb spacious open plan fitted kitchen/dining area with patio doors and access to the secluded sunny rear garden.     Airport: Aberdeen: 28.0 km
    Railway: Aberdeen: 25.0 km
    Ferry: Aberdeen: 25.0 km
    If you are travelling from down south (i.e south of Perth), and you have the time, consider taking the Braemar road from Perth which will bring you to Banchory from the West via Braemar, Ballater and Aboyne. It is long and windy but has beautiful views and stopping off places.

    If you want to cut off time from the main road after Dundee – either take the 'Cairn O Mount' (?B974) road via Fettercairn, just after Stracathro services past Brechin (this is a spectacular twisty, and hilly road - not recommended if there has been snow or ice - but one of the best viewpoints in this area (stop at the top!)) OR take the Banchory road (also called the Slug road) from Stonehaven (this is the second Banchory exit from the bypass) after you have gone under the railway viaduct.

Very nice house with good location in Banchory. Walking distance from restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. more

From making the booking right through to staying at the property it was all very easy. The property met all our needs and was well equipped and perfectly located for our requirement. It was well maintained with 3 good sized bedrooms including a remote controlled shower to the ensuite, so no waiting for the water to get hot on those... more
