We stayed here whilst looking for a house to purchase in the area. It is a beautiful area and The Bread Oven is set in lovely gardens. We thought the hosts were wonderful. We were definitely made to feel welcome and if we had any queries Tony and Sue were more than happy to answer them.
The Bread Oven is small but has lots of character and quirky features and we were happy to stay there. The beds were comfortable and there was always hot water.
If you are looking for clean lines and minimalism I would suggest you look elsewhere! If you are looking for original stonework and other features then this could well be what you are looking for.
If you do stay here you will be fondly greeted by they owners as well as the cats and dogs who live here too. I am wary of dogs I don't know but the three at this property are friendly as are the cats that we met.
