My wife and I rented this home on Cove Avenue in August 2013. We have a six year old and two year old twins, traveling from New York. We wanted somewhere close to extended family in Bangor, and close to the beach. This was perfect.
The house is huge, and in great condition. It was well furnished, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen was huge. It had everything we needed to cook for the family and guests, and best of all, the patio doors opened to the garden so the kids could play in the garden while we cooked and ate. It was home from home.
The Sun room is what makes this house special. It's raised up so you can see clearly across Belfast Lough and over to Scotland. On a clear day we saw Elsa Craig, the Arran Island and could just make out the Mull of Kintyre. Most nights we sat and watched the sun set.
