SIB TOR is a newly built and charming one bedroom villa in Lorient, St Barts that can be rented individually or can be combined with its neighbor villa, SIB CAR to make a total of 3 bedrooms. When rented separately, both villas maintain complete privacy.

This villa is located above Lorient Bay and offers a dramatic view over the ocean and the surrounding islands, including St. Martin. The living room and bedroom are in the same room like a hotel suite, opening to a terrace and the ocean view. The villa has a Colonial style 4-poster king bed and is furnished with some lovely antique pieces. The air conditioned bedroom includes a TV corner with Satellite Dish Network and DVD player. At the entrance of the villa, there is a large air conditioned modern bathroom and a large dressing area. Facing the pool, the gourmet kitchen is located under the covered terrace and opens onto the outside covered dining and living areas, facing the sea view. Two lounge chairs invite you to relax while admiring the view.
