    Built in 1968 and completely renovated by us in 2006, the house provides comfortable accommodation for families of all ages including people with limited mobility, (the 1,700 square feet of ground floor include a bedroom and a bathroom). It has a large patio on which to sit and enjoy an evening barbecue and an electric sun blind to shield you from the midday sun . The house is located close to the chateau; it is on the edge of a town which nestles in the middle of the Andaine Forest.

    The town offers a wide range of activities to suit all ages, which include the casino, a golf course, 250 km of walks and cycle rides, a heated swimming pool, equestrian centres and tennis courts (both indoor and outdoor).     For two (or more) consecutive weeks a 10% reduction will be given on the total rental charge. A 25% deposit will secure a booking with the balance to be paid at least six weeks before the date of your holiday, together with a refundable damage deposit of £150. We are able to accept either sterling or euros in payment by either electronic transfer into our account or by cheque. We offer a loyalty discount for returning guests.

A great place to stay. The house is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. There are many place to eat and as a spa town the town has a lovely feel.

Whilst the town is not a lively place for teenagers it has many great places to see and things to do in the near vicinity. There is horse riding, archery, golf and swimming. We went up to Mont Saint Michel ( too busy) and also ventured into the Loire. Alex and Andy were really helpful with ideas and really kind. They encouraged us to treat their house as our home during our holiday with use of table tennis and bikes a real bonus.

The house is large and spacious. It is equipped with all the key facilities and its size meant everyone could find space when they needed it.It was nice to sit out on the terrace as the sun disappeared.
