The property was completed in April 2011 to a very high standard. The first floor has 3 Bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 singles) + family bathroom. The ground floor consists of a large lounge with high quality furnishings, a study,downstairs toilet and a south facing kitchen with integral conservatory.

The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge electric oven and gas hob. to the rear is a large south facing, private decked area, perfect for sunbathing and barbeques.

Just returned from a 6 night stay in this lovely cottage. The cottage was immaculate and had every amenity you could wish for, including a wii and x box to keep the kiddies amused. Lovely holiday had by all would definitely recommend this place and area. Great location, easy walk to Tenby along the beach (even my 3 1/2 yr old manage it). The property is situated in the beautiful ancient village of Penally which is 1 mile west of Tenby. Follow the M4 to Carmarthen, then head for St Clears and on to Tenby. When you get to Tenby follow the road West signposted Penally. Once you pass Kiln Park and a garage on your left turn right into the village, after a few hundred yards you pass the 13th Century church on your right and the the Cross Inn. The house is just past the Inn on your left.
Note Brand New postcode ...you can use SA70 7PT Strawberry Lane, that works well with SAT NAV.
