As we drove into the valley, my 9 year old daughter exclaimed at the views. Remote, secluded and beautiful, quirky accommodation with an upstairs lounge with fantastic views of the whole valley.
There were four children from 5 to 13 in our party, along with grandparents, parents and 5 small dogs. Our children made good use of the hot tub and surrounding fields. Our dogs were fenced in so couldn't get too close to the sheep that surrounded us in the fields. We had everything we needed from information about the local area, sample menus from local eateries, books, games, videos, dvds, a karaoke machine, toys,....and more.
A bit of a drive to local places of interest, but a visit to Ludlow to see the Medieval jousting at the Castle and take in the town with it's market was a great day out. We also travelled by train to Shrewsbury, another great day out.
