Kenmare is the perfect place to spend xmas and the new year, the Irish know how to celebrate and they love their roots and culture and rightly so. This was our second visit to Millfield House and we have already booked our third for December 2012! The house is beautiful, and comfortable with every amenity / home comfort you'll ever...

This was my 10th trip to Ireland and my first stay at Millfield House. The home was large, spotless and comfortable. The welcome was exceptional: hot kettle of tea, homemade brown bread, fresh brown eggs, decadent chocolate cake and a bottle of wine. The owner supplied printed details on how to operate everything in the house. She had a large...

Millfield cottage is warm and welcoming, well equipped with all your holiday needs (and more) The pretty location of Kenmare is ideal with a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants just a short stroll from the cottage. It is also a good central location for touring the beautiful South West of Ireland.
