we stayed at the cottage with two couples (all in our forties) and couldn't be more pleased with it. The cottage was very spacious and we loved the simple country decor with the slate and wooden floors. Its like a 5 level split, so I wouldn't recommend it for people with very small children or people who have trouble getting up and down the stairs. The beds were really good and it was nice that two of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom.
We were lucky enough that we had some sunny days during our stay, so we could sit in the backyard (patio furniture was provided).
One thing that was missing though, was a coffee maker or something to make coffee in/with! We're not fans of instant coffee, so it was a real challenge to make our java in the mornings!
Also...it would have been nice if there was wifi available. But other than that, we loved our stay and we would definitely return to Peggy Cronin's.
