    This is a charming property, adjacent to Ashfield House and sharing almost two acres of landscaped gardens. It has a large private parking area, south facing kitchen and patio area and a walkway from the gardens to the bank of the river Blackwater! It comprises of kitchen/dining area, living room area and a large bedroom with king size and single beds and en suite with electric shower.

    South facing French doors lead into a sunny kitchen area which is very well equipped and has dining facilities to seat a maximum of four.
    A cooler box and thermos flasks are provided to facilitate guests for picnics and day trips.
    The living room has two couch's, flat screen TV, Sky TV, DVD, and oil fuelled stove making it a cosy and comfortable area for relaxation.
    The large bedroom has both king size and single orthopaedic beds, both with electric blankets for additional comfort in the colder months or unseasonal weather. The bedroom also has ample storage, two guest bath robes and hairdrier. Linens and towels are included in rental.
    The ensuite has a starter supply of shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion and has an electric shower. Bathrobes are provided.

We recently stayed with Eileen and can only thoroughly recommend this accommodation which is of a very high standard. Eileen was most welcoming and very helpful. We have stayed in several self catering cottages In Ireland and this was by far the best. Would definitely stay here again. more

We have stayed in a lot of self catering accommodation and this is one of the best. It is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Eileen provides lots of little extras, much appreciated as it just makes this even more homely and comfy. We enjoyed the location as Mallow is close to both Cork and Killarney. I and my girlfriend stayed for one week at Eileen's wonderful property. Everything was supplied and Eileen was the perfect host and advised the hot and not spots of where to visit and the cheapest parking places around. We'd def recommend staying at this property. more
