    Holiday Rental House –

    Elegantly decorated with period furniture, large sofas, polished oak floors and a vine-filled conservatory, all add to the particular charm of this house. Sun pours through the French doors in the interconnecting reception rooms that overlooks the park, the fields and the sea. While unwinding in the cosy living room or in the conservatory, guests can enjoy the spectacular views of the sea lough and the surrounding hills.

    From the elegant hall, a lovely curved staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find 3 double bedrooms and a large bathroom. The main bedrooms look right over the sea and are elegantly decorated with material on the walls and period furniture. One of them has a four-poster bed, the other, twin beds. The third, charming bedroom looks over the gardens.

    You can fly either Ryanair or Aer Lingus to Cork where you can rent a car. The house is 85 Kms from the airport. You can also take the Swansea Cork ferry that sail overnight or during the day. Crossing is 8 hours.
    Other ferries leave from Pembroke to Rosselaere. A 3 hours crossing. To drive from Rosselaere to Skibbereen it will take you 4 hours.

We stayed at Lough Ine over a long weekend with friends and family. The house is located on 15 acres overlooking Lough Ine with private gardens at back of the house and private beach. Our experience for our children with families was great I have to say. It is an old styled house with high roofs and absolutely loads of room for the kids to play around, even has little tunnels and a table tennis room. The conservatory was a great place to have breakfast with the tree growing in it and the dinner room has made me think about working a little harder! Marvellous stay for the weekend. Well recommended. more

We spend a wonderful time at Loch Ine ringing in the New Year. The house was very comfortable and atmospheric - log fires burning, board games ,etc. The views from the house are breathtaking and the walks in the immediate vicinity of the house amazing . The owner recommended a very good cook, who provided us with delicious food. We all had a wonderful and memorable holiday. more
