we arrived at the apartment late and there was a food package for us which was great. we were right beside the niightlife but the apartment was very quiet. The main bedroom is also equipped with a very modern ensuite, having double sinks and large shower area. Space is also available for a cot in the main bedroom.

The second bedroom contains 3 single beds, although 2 can be joined together to form a large bed.

There are 2 large sofabeds in the lounge area, these can sleep 2 to 4 persons.
Another 2 sofabeds, but somewhat smaller in size (6 feet), are located in the conservatory area which overlooks the front walkways and the bay beyond. These sleep a further 2 persons or children.

Additional Rate and Availability Information
While water, gas and electricity are included in the price, all power supply to the apartment is provided and operated by card meters. We do however provide you with an equivalent of 4 or 7 euros per day (depending on the number of people in your party), which is twice your daily requirement. This allowance however does not cover the use of the air conditioners; for this reason, additional cards would need to be purchased from us at 5 or 20 euros each. This is being done to promote awareness against hot water and electricity wastage as prices for electricity on the island have recently escalated immensely.

A final cleaning charge of 50 euros for every rental period is to be added to the rental rate.

Kindly enquire for discount on extended long stay rentals (from 30 October to 31 March only).

A 300 euro guarantee deposit is to be paid with the above against any damages - this money is refunded to you at the end of your stay following a satisfactory inspection of the premises.

Following the introduction of low budget airlines to Malta from many European countries, other than their national airlines, flying to the island has never been easier and cheaper.

Getting to your maisonette apartment is not particularly difficult but one does tend to get lost on our roads, especially if this is your first time to the island. For this reason, we will always make it a point to meet you at Malta’s international airport located at Luqa.

The drive is approximately 20 minutes away, just past Paceville, the island’s entertainment hub, but in a quiet area yet just a stone's throw away from the sandy beach in this most popular of places.
