    THE PRICE SHOWN IN THE PRICE CHART IS UP TO 5 PERSONS MAX. ADDITIONAL PERSONS PAY PRO-RATE. The apartment includes a generous amount of units of electricity supply per week, which is generally more than enough for the whole stay in most cases, however in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.30 Euro per unit (1kwh). Units over and above this allowance will need to be settled prior to departure deducted from the refundable security deposit. Booking payments: 40% deposit to secure dates done by bank transfer then the balance may be settled in cash upon arrival together with the refundable security deposit.

Really nice apartment in a quite zone, however near to supermarkets, restaurants, car rentals (personally I've preferred renting a car, parking is free), seafront, Church, bus stop for La Valletta (distance about 25 minutes by bus / 10-15 by car), pharmacies.
Everything was well -functioning and kitchen was fitted with every accessory for cooking.
Generally a comfortable house, even it's ground floor: really nice two rooms with spacious wardrobe; a modern bathroom (maybe i would have liked more shelves for bath-products), a clean living with tv and sofa with bed possibility and chaise lounge, no wi-fi was really a pity. But everything as pictures descriptions, willing owner.

Appartement comme sur les photos, pas de mauvaises surprises. Les chambres donnent sur la rue calme et la salle principale donne sur une petite court intérieure. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Proche du centre de St Julian, sans les inconvénients de bruits nocturnes...Plage, jardins, restos et supermarché proches.
Propriétaire agréable et disponible.
