I spent 1 week here with my mother in April and we had a lovely time.
The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for and was ideally situated between both Fuengirola and Benalmadena, a 10 min bus ride to each.

The train station is nearby which takes you directly to Malaga airport (30 mins max).
It's a short walk to the beach, a few restaurants and a local supermarket.

I would point out that there is a steep hill to walk up to the apartment so do bear this in mind if anyone staying has trouble with mobility.

A very handy booklet is provided by the owner explaining how to use everything in the apartment and which restaurants/bars are good to visit. Also further info about wider places to visit which is very useful.

Do try La Cubana bar on the beach... The mojitos really are awesome!!

We were looking for a place close to the beach but not in a big apartment block. In this respect this apartment is perfact. The beach is within walking distance and at the far end of the Fuengirola water front. The apartment is well equiped and well kept. It looks a bit small at first glance, but if you take into account the balcony and the roof-top area (pent-house), it is OK for 4 people who get along well with each other. From the balcony you have a nice view on the sea and that is were we spend most of our time while inside.
The owner was very helpful with all sorts of information and for local affairs an englsih speaking lady took care of our needs. In summary, a nice environment for a pleasant holiday.
