    This recently overhauled barn conversion provides compact accommodation, which would be ideal for 4 people (although it can fit 6, making use of the sofa bed in the upstairs lounge/bedroom).

    The local town, St Just, is a 10 minute walk up the lane and has all the amenities you could need: Co-op supermarket, two butchers, bakers, green-grocers, 5 pubs, excellent fish and chips (local fish), cafes and newsagents.

    I am offering you my family home for your holiday, and my aim is for you to enjoy your stay in this lovely part of the country as much as I enjoy living here! Lots of helpful local information (as well as useful bits of equipment) along with a warm welcome await you here at Phoenix Barn in the Cot Valley, just outside St Just. (Pets are welcome, incidentally.)

    Internal accommodation is as follows: front door to porch leading into living room with connected conservatory area. This room has terracotta tiles, with Afghan rugs, an oil-fired Aga and dishwasher, dining table, sofa, easy chairs and satellite TV. There is a door to the stairs and downstairs loo/shower. Upstairs are a bathroom, two small bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds (can become double), and a lounge with a double sofa bed.

No frills just basic accommodation but in a fantastic location Every inch of the accommodation is filled with knowledge and mystery We loved it and it suited the family Tight and difficult parking was a downer for me (down to the driver) Loved all about it and will go back some time more

We had a fantastic stay in Phoenix Barn and Andrew and Lizzy made us feel completely at home. The village of St just is a short walk away and has everything you could want including an excellent Fish and Chip shop which we would recommend, the coastal path is so close you literally just have to step out the door... more

Another fantastic stay at Phoenix Barn. You will not find a warmer welcome or a colder bottle of white wine to greet you on your arrival!
