“A welcome warm November break”

I recently had the great pleasure of staying at Villa Sunrise for a few days to explore the Dalmation Coast. Each of the 5 self contained apartments in the villa are exceptionally well fitted out with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchens. Sitting on the balcony in the warm morning sunshine eating breakfast and absorbing the spectacular view of the Dalmation Coast was worth the trip alone. If you aren't so keen on cooking for yourself then there are any number of good restaurants within a few minutes drive.
The city of Dubrovnik is only a few minutes drive away and is quite breathtaking.
It is worth noting too that the Dubrovnik airport was possibly the easiest entry and exit point I have seen anywhere.

“Beautiful villa - Could not have asked for more!”

We decided to get married in Dubrovnik and hired the whole of Villa Sunrise for our family and a couple of friends. It was truly lovely, the help and support we received from the villa manager (Renato) was fantastic.
The week began with a boat trip organised by Renato which was wonderful, the food on board was delicious and the sights around the islands off the coast was stunning.
We had our wedding a couple of days later with the ceremony held in the Old Town and then back to the Villa Sunrise for a drinks reception by the pool and a four course dinner held on the villa's stunning upper terrace. This was all arranged by Renato and I can honestly say the food and service was impeccable. With the sun setting in the distance as we ate our meal it really was a beautiful venue. So many of our guests have praised the food and venue and we have been told countless times it was the best wedding they have ever been to!

Each of the five apartments within Villa Sunrise can be rented individually, please enquire about our rates.

Capacity of 20 includes use of sofa beds and one z-bed, please send details of your party to see how best we can accommodate you.

In order to confirm a booking we kindly ask all guests to make a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental price. This is due within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.
If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the rental period then the full amount will be required to secure the booking.
The balance of the booking is required 8 weeks prior to the rental period.
Payments can be made by cheque or direct bank transfer to the account details given at the time of booking, or using a payment card via Paypal.
A refundable deposit of £600 (for whole villa bookings) or £150 (for apartment bookings) will be taken 8 weeks before the arrival date and be returned in full or part, as appropriate appr... more
