Quiet and peaceful yet only 12 minutes drive to the boutique shopping town of Narberth or visit the Georgian harbour town of Tenby (25 minutes) with its wonderful beaches. The Pembrokeshire coast abounds in fabulous beaches and for walkers the coastal path is a must.

    * The bright new family bathroom is close by. Laundry facility with an AEG washer/dryer in a cupboard!.
    * Next overlooking the estuary is the living room with vaulted ceiling, wood burning stove, folding doors to the garden. Attractively
    furnished with ornaments, original oil paintings and prints, shelves of books, a fine Hi-Fi with attachment for own sound is provided.
    Wi-Fi is possible.
    * New Kitchen well provided, open to the living room, window view to estuary
    * Snug - off the living room, very cosy with settee, chairs and TV DVD

I traveled with my husband and three teenagers for a weeks stay at Glan yr Afon. We arrived to a lovely welcome from Nigel and Judy with a few treats after our journey. The cottage is beautiful, well equipped and the views are stunning. We had an amazing and relaxing week and did not want to leave on the Saturday.... more

This was our second stay at Glan yr Afon, and again it was perfect. The accommodation is first class, with all the amenities you could possibly want; all of a very high standard. The garden is lovely, offering wonderful views and glorious sunsets. It is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility from the hustle and bustle of daily life.... more

Loved this cottage, right next to an estuary, so you could sit in the garden, with a glass of something or cup of tea and just look at the fabulous view. Only a short walk and your down by the river, if you like it being quiet and serene this is definitely the place for you. But if you like... more
