We try to stay in apartments when we travel and have rented ones in Florence, Paris, London, Provence, Krakow, and Ljubljana. Some good, some less so. For my second visit to Ljubljana, I wanted something close to the center of old town but not necessarily in the middle of all the tourist action. This apartment fit the bill exactly. There's a Mercater market around the corner, and a great little bar/cafe where we sat outside every afternoon to sip Aperol spritz's. A block away from the river, a block away from the south end of the beginning of the old town core pedestrian area and great places to eat, shop, browse.. Nothing was far away (Ljubljana is an ideal walking town) with a bus stop just a block away that went directly to the train station.
The apartment was very well stocked with all the items you would need for an extended stay. The kitchen was complete, the bathroom well stocked, and there was good sitting space. Simply stated, it was just comfortable and clean... more
